Environmental services company located in Westchester County (Bedford Hills) is seeking to hire a Temporary Executive Assistant to support C-Suite individuals during a maternity leave, starting ASAP through February 2027. This position will operate on a hybrid schedule, 3 days/week on-site, between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm. Compensation is up to $50/hour DOE.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars for the CEO and Chief People Officer
- Coordinate extensive travel arrangements and logistics
- Schedule and coordinate executive meetings and offsites
- Handle highly confidential information and communications
- Assist with planning and coordination of a future corporate office relocation
- Manage vendor communications and administrative aspects of the office move project
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with constantly shifting priorities
- Communicate confidently and professionally with senior leadership and external partners
- Maintain strong attention to detail and organizational excellence while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Qualifications:
- Prior Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience managing complex, ever-changing calendars, travel arrangements, and executive meeting logistics.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to interact directly with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities, limited direction, and competing demands.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects, vendor communications, and administrative initiatives from planning through execution.
- Resourceful, proactive professional who is comfortable operating in ambiguity and asking questions to obtain clarity when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
