Our cleint, a Pivate Equity firm located in Midtown West, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary Executive Assistant to provide coverage through April 2027. This role will start ASAP in a floating capacity for the first two months, then move into supporting the Credit Team of 18 individuals, with primary support to two MDs and several analysts.
This role will be responsible for handling high volume of calendar management, travel booking and expense reporting. Hours are 9am-5pm, 4 days/week onsite with Fridays remote, with some availability after hours (paid) as needed. Pay rate up to $50/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, executing the scheduling of various meeting types such as virtual and in-person meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements with corporate travel agent, ranging from local to international travel, for team members, ensuring all logistics are organized and efficient.
- Assist with compiling and print of materials
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including expense reports. Assist with other’s expenses as needed (i.e., requesting receipts and/or utilizing Concur).
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness in all communications.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ EA experience, preferably in financial services
- Experience with travel coordination required..
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficient in utilizing technology, including Zoom and conference room systems.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
