Our client is seeking a polished, proactive Executive Assistant to support a Managing Director, Principal, VP, and broader team within a growing investment banking platform. This is a high‑touch team support role requiring strong calendar management, travel coordination, client interaction, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced professional services environment. The ideal candidate is mature, detail‑oriented, and eager to be part of a collaborative, entrepreneurial firm. Hours are generally 9:00am-5:00pm with flexibility to monitor emails after hours as needed, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to a Managing Director, Principal, VP, and additional team members
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, car services, and itineraries
- Process expenses and reimbursements through Ramp
- Support client communications, conference registrations, and meeting logistics
- Maintain and update CRM systems, including Salesforce
- Coordinate restaurant reservations, event logistics, and client-facing activities
- Assist with administrative projects and operational support across the team
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Partner closely with the Chief of Staff and broader administrative team to ensure seamless support
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of Executive Assistant or administrative support experience
- Professional services, investment banking, financial services, consulting, or related experience preferred
- Strong calendar management and travel coordination skills
- Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong executive presence and professional presentation
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, dependable, and easy-to-manage personality
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $100K-$110K base salary + discretionary bonus
- 100% employer-paid healthcare coverage

- Summer Friday flexibility and remote week before Labor Day
