Our client, a leading commercial real estate and workplace experience organization, is seeking a temporary Community Coordinator to support a premium office environment in downtown Boston. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role ideal for someone with hospitality, reception, customer service, or office support experience.
Details
- Boston, MA (100% onsite)
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- $23/hr
- Temporary assignment (1-2 months)
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with conference room reservations and member requests
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Maintain conference rooms, common areas, and pantry spaces
- Handle mail, packages, and deliveries
- Support meeting and event setup
- Conduct office walkthroughs to ensure spaces remain organized and presentation-ready
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service, hospitality, reception, office support, or administrative experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, polished, and service-oriented demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred
