Our client, a leading professional services organization, is seeking a Part-Time Evening Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis with a potential to convert in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests
- Manage incoming calls, visitor coordination, and office reception operations
- Support conferences, training programs, and special events
- Schedule conference rooms using EMS and maintain visitor logs
- Assist with clerical and administrative projects as needed
- Ensure a professional, welcoming experience while monitoring office security concerns
About You:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of receptionist experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Experience with conference room scheduling and office technology; EMS experience is a plus
- Professional, polished, and able to handle situations with discretion and diplomacy
- Flexible to occasionally work extended hours for staff coverage or special events
About The Position:
- Start Date: Mid-August
- $23-$25/hr
- Approximately 2-month temporary assignment with potential for temp-to-hire
- Fully onsite, 5 days per week
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-7:00 PM
- Occasional flexibility required between 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
