Our client, a global commercial real estate services firm located in Greenwich, CT is looking for a Temporary Facilities Coordinator to join their team. Position works onsite at a hedge fund. The position is onsite Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm. Free parking for employees. Role starts July/August 2026. Temp duration is approximately three months before conversion. $28-$29/hour temp rate. Same rate when perm.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients and building occupants
- Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a positive and welcoming environment
- Review subcontractor proposals and contracts
- Raise Purchase Orders (POs) as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Enter security access requests into the client’s system accurately and efficiently
- Create and manage work orders to fulfill client requirements
- Provide administrative support for reporting requirements
- Self-manage workload to meet deadlines effectively
- Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Assist in coordinating maintenance and repair activities
- Monitor and report on facility conditions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of facility procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in facility management or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Punctuality and reliability
