Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a direct hire Front Desk Associate to join their busy and growing office. If you are looking for a dynamic front desk role with a collaborative team, apply today!

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and visitors to the office and answering incoming calls.
  • Responsible for booking and maintaining conference rooms, including setting up for meetings.
  • Coordinate catering needs and work with the internal security team/system.
  • Prepare meeting materials and agendas, compiling folders and booklets.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and compile receipts for expense reports.
  • Collaborate across internal teams and departments, particularly with Office Services and the IT/AV teams.
  • Assist with general office operations and administrative support tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant office support experience within hospitality or professional services.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Passionate about providing strong customer service to clients, with a “no task too small” attitude.
  • Maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information.

Position Information:

  • Salary: $55K-$65K.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • Schedule: On-site Monday-Friday in the Washington, DC office.
  • Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm.
