Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a direct hire Front Desk Associate to join their busy and growing office. If you are looking for a dynamic front desk role with a collaborative team, apply today!
Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and visitors to the office and answering incoming calls.
- Responsible for booking and maintaining conference rooms, including setting up for meetings.
- Coordinate catering needs and work with the internal security team/system.
- Prepare meeting materials and agendas, compiling folders and booklets.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and compile receipts for expense reports.
- Collaborate across internal teams and departments, particularly with Office Services and the IT/AV teams.
- Assist with general office operations and administrative support tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant office support experience within hospitality or professional services.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Passionate about providing strong customer service to clients, with a “no task too small” attitude.
- Maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information.
Position Information:
- Salary: $55K-$65K.
- Comprehensive benefits package.
- Schedule: On-site Monday-Friday in the Washington, DC office.
- Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm.
