Part-Time Occupational Screening Representative (OSR)
Location: Pocola, OK 74902
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-12:00 PM
Pay: $19-20/hour
Duration: September 2026 – September 2028
About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Occupational Screening Representative (OSR) to support an on-site workforce compliance project in Pocola, OK. This role combines administrative support, data entry, worker onboarding, badge distribution, responsibilities in a fast-paced construction environment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable handling large volumes of data, and able to remain professional and composed when assisting workers in a busy jobsite setting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable, long-term part-time position with paid training provided.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain worker profiles within company systems
- Review and verify employee information for accuracy and completeness
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in worker records
- Distribute site access badges and maintain badge records
- Document screening results and maintain compliance records
- Communicate issues, discrepancies, or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner
- Assist workers with onboarding and registration processes
- Manage large volumes of data while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Provide professional customer service to employees, contractors, and site personnel
- Navigate multiple software platforms during the transition to a new system
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and testing information
- Support a safe, compliant, and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, office coordination, or related fields
- Strong typing and computer skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
- Must be able to arrive on-site by 7:00 AM each scheduled workday
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with occupational health, or workforce compliance programs
- Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) certification
- Construction industry or workforce management experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
Training
Paid training will be provided prior to the project start date and includes:
- Two full-day BAT certification training sessions
- Additional system and process training as needed
- Combination of virtual and on-site training opportunities
