Our client, a global professional services organization is seeking a Workplace Project Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in McLean, Virginia.
About the Job:
* Coordinate relocation and move management projects from planning through completion
* Manage move requests, scheduling, project communications, and documentation
* Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
* Coordinate move day activities, including inventories, signage, and supervising movers
* Maintain accurate data in relocation management and CAFM systems
* Support ergonomic assessments, workplace accommodations, and space reconfigurations
* Assist with project issue resolution and ensure adherence to client and company procedures
About You:
* 0-3 years of professional experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong interpersonal skills with experience supporting clients and stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
About the Position:
* Start Date: ASAP!
* $24-$26/hr
* Permanent Salary: $60K annually
* Fully onsite
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
* Free onsite parking available
