Our client, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking a Marketing Operations Senior Coordinator to support onboarding, training initiatives, department communications, reporting, and day-to-day marketing operations.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new marketing team members
- Assist with department communications, presentations, and reporting
- Maintain marketing resources, intranet content, and process documentation
- Support mentoring programs and special projects
- Partner with Marketing, Learning & Development, and Finance teams to drive operational excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of marketing operations experience within a professional services environment, legal preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience with Sitecore, Qualtrics, Cornerstone, Smartsheet, Salesforce, or HubSpot
