Our client is seeking a highly polished, proactive Executive Assistant to support a team within a leading growth equity investment firm. This is a high‑touch team support role requiring exceptional calendar management, travel coordination, and relationship management skills in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and thrives supporting senior professionals while operating as a collaborative member of a close‑knit office. Hours are generally 9:00am-5:00pm with occasional after‑hours monitoring for urgent matters, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to members of the Value Creation team
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistics
- Process and manage expense reports
- Support team operations through meeting preparation, follow-up, and administrative coordination
- Assist with CRM-related projects and database maintenance as needed
- Serve as a professional liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Monitor scheduling conflicts and proactively identify solutions
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and administrative professionals to ensure seamless support
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- Assist with ad hoc projects and team initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of Executive Assistant or administrative support experience
- Experience within venture capital, private equity, technology, consulting, professional services, or other fast-paced environments preferred
- Strong calendar management and travel coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional, personable, and service-oriented demeanor
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Strong technology proficiency and comfort learning new systems
- Collaborative mindset with a “no task too big or too small” approach
- Desire to build a long-term career within executive support
- Bachelor’s degree not required
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $125K-$135K base salary + discretionary bonus
