Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Junior Executive Assistant. This is a high-visibility executive support role providing administrative assistance to key members of the firm’s executive and corporate leadership team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment where responsiveness, accuracy, and teamwork are highly valued. Hours are generally 9:00am-5:30pm with flexibility to monitor email after hours as needed, and the role follows a hybrid 4/1 schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive and administrative support to members of the corporate leadership team
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for multiple executives
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics as needed
  • Assist with expense reporting and administrative workflows
  • Support meeting preparation, materials, and executive correspondence
  • Coordinate internal meetings, conference rooms, and scheduling logistics
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and business partners
  • Assist with special projects and corporate initiatives
  • Maintain organized files, records, and documentation
  • Support executive office operations with a strong service-oriented mindset
  • Partner closely with senior Executive Assistants and administrative team members

Qualifications:

  • 2-4+ years of Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or related support experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly dependable, responsive, and professional
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist wherever needed
  • Ability to balance initiative with good judgment and awareness of priorities
  • Comfortable working with senior executives and leadership teams
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Mature, adaptable, and eager to continue developing professionally
