Executive Assistant to $95K – Supporting a Dynamic Team of Professionals
Our client, a highly respected global investment management firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide critical support to a team of professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role will serve as a key partner in coordinating schedules, managing logistics, preparing business materials, and supporting special projects that help drive team success. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of administrative or executive support experience, strong organizational skills, and a genuine interest in growing within the financial services industry.

- Responsibilities include managing multiple calendars and coordinating complex meeting schedules; arranging domestic and international travel and preparing detailed itineraries; creating, organizing, and distributing reports, presentations, and confidential business materials; preparing client-facing documents using Microsoft Office and related business applications; tracking expenses, maintaining records, and supporting administrative operations; assisting with team events, office initiatives, and project-based assignments; providing responsive communication support and meeting coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience supporting multiple professionals; comfort working in a high-volume environment with shifting priorities and sensitive information; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and AI-driven tools; exceptional attention to detail, judgment, and follow-through; excellent communication and relationship-building skills; proactive problem-solving abilities, flexibility, and a positive, team-oriented approach.
