Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite (Monday-Friday)

A highly respected and established professional services organization is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a team of high-performing professionals in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistics.
- Prepare and process expense reports, reimbursements, and administrative documentation.
- Support business operations through reporting, data entry, and workflow management.
- Assist with meeting planning, presentations, and special projects.
- Serve as a key point of contact for administrative requests and day-to-day support needs.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of administrative processes.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to provide seamless team support and coverage.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prioritize multiple requests and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in a corporate or professional office environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing calendars, travel arrangements, scheduling, and expense reporting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Comfortable learning new technology and business systems.
Preferred Background
Experience supporting executives, senior leaders, consultants, project teams, or other professionals within corporate, financial services, energy, consulting, construction, or similar business environments is highly valued.
