Our client, a mission driven consulting firm is seeking a Campaign Data Associate to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Support the production team through the election cycle by managing purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, mail reports, and vendor pricing data
- Maintain accurate records and reporting using Excel and internal systems
- Collaborate with internal client teams to ensure production timelines and deliverables are met
- Proofread materials and assist with administrative production tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively through Slack, Teams, phone, and email to address questions and deadline concerns
About You:
- Strong Excel skills required, including formulas, pricing analysis, and pivot tables
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and proofreading abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and willingness to proactively raise questions or concerns
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Slack, and Microsoft Teams
- Able to work additional hours as needed leading up to Election Day
- Dependable and committed to maintaining deadlines during a critical election cycle
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $25-$27/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
- Company laptop provided
