A growing, collaborative RIA is seeking a Client Service Associate to join its team in Chicago. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience in a wealth management, broker-dealer, or custodian environment who enjoys delivering exceptional client service while supporting the operational side of the business.
In this role, you’ll:
- Process money movement requests, account openings, transfers, and account maintenance
- Support advisors with reporting, client service, and operational requests
- Maintain accurate client data across CRM, custodian, and planning systems
- Assist clients with account access and account-related inquiries
- Partner closely with advisors and team members in a collaborative environment
- Take ownership of requests and ensure timely, accurate completion
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience as a Client Service Associate or in a similar wealth management operations role
- Experience processing money movement, account transfers, and servicing requests
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional client communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Fidelity Wealthscape, and Excel is highly preferred
