Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to a member of the C-Suite of a digital entertainment company. This is a high-exposure executive support role requiring exceptional judgment, strong executive presence, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. The ideal candidate is strategic, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where managing priorities, executive communications, and high-level stakeholder interactions are essential. Hours are generally 9:00am-6:00/6:30pm with flexibility to monitor email after hours as needed, and the role follows a hybrid schedule with four days onsite and Fridays remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated executive support to a member of the C-Suite
- Manage highly complex calendars, scheduling, and executive priorities
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
- Process expenses and manage administrative workflows
- Prepare presentations, meeting materials, agendas, and executive communications
- Coordinate executive meetings, leadership sessions, and special events
- Ensure the executive is prepared for meetings, appearances, conferences, and speaking engagements
- Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items to ensure timely execution
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide light personal support, including scheduling appointments and personal logistics
- Anticipate conflicts, identify efficiencies, and proactively improve executive workflows
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner focused on maximizing executive effectiveness
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives
- C-suite support experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional calendar management and travel coordination expertise
- Strong executive presence and professional judgment
- Outstanding organizational and project management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and think several steps ahead
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, accountable, and comfortable managing up
- Demonstrated longevity and trust with previous executives preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $150K base salary + annual bonus
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning day one
- 401(k) eligibility with employer match after one year
- Hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, Fridays remote)
