This temporary part-time Project Assistant position pays $23/hour and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with an onsite location in Waltham. The role is with a rapidly growing healthcare technology organization serving senior populations. This is an immediate-start opportunity expected to last 4+ months, supporting device logistics, inventory management, and technology operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage shipments of tablets, materials, and supplies
- Coordinate and maintain an organized shipping and inventory room
- Track and manage device inventory
- Analyze shipping issues, handle outreach, and prepare monthly logistics reports
- Activate/deactivate services and assign licenses for devices and equipment
- Partner with technology teams to ensure proper device configuration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support training and service needs
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards
Qualifications:
- Shipping/receiving experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to learn new processes and technologies quickly
- Proven inventory and equipment management experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- 1+ year of technology-related experience preferred
- 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred
- Google Workspace experience is a plus
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience is a plus
- Passion for technology and willingness to contribute
