Our client, a national trade association is seeking a Mail Room and Printing Associate to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About the job:
- Support daily office operations, including mail room, print, inventory, and facilities services
- Process incoming and outgoing USPS/UPS mail and packages and coordinate internal deliveries
- Provide copier and print support, including operating production copiers and print software
- Manage office and copy room supplies and assist with conference center setup
- Perform light maintenance, office services tasks, and periodic receptionist coverage
About you:
- 5+ years of experience in a mail room, print services, or office services environment
- Experience with production copiers and Fiery Job Master (or similar software)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical office support duties
About the position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Approximately 60-day assignment
- $22-$24/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (35 hours/week)
