About the Job
- Develop and improve structured onboarding and role-readiness programs for attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
- Facilitate in-person, remote, and hybrid training sessions.
- Create curricula, job aids, assessments, standard operating procedures, and reference materials in partnership with subject matter experts.
- Coordinate orientation programs, training schedules, facilitators, technology setup, attendance tracking, and follow-up coaching.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements to firm leaders.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in training, learning and development, professional development, or legal operations within a law firm.
- Strong communication, presentation, writing, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- An outgoing and approachable style, with the ability to work effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and employees across the firm.
- Experience with Asana, process documentation, Litify, or similar legal technology systems is preferred.
About the Position
- Salary range of $80,000 to $90,000
- Generous benefits package.
- Hybrid role with 3-4 days a week on site in Richmond, VA.
