Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support 3-4 Managing Directors within a global management consulting firm. This is a high-volume executive support role requiring exceptional calendar management, travel coordination, client-facing communication, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced consulting environment. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and resourceful, with strong judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities while serving as a trusted partner to senior leaders. Hours are generally 8:30am-5:30pm with a one-hour lunch break, and the role follows a hybrid schedule after onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to 3-4 Managing Directors within the same practice area
  • Manage complex calendars, meeting coordination, and scheduling across multiple stakeholders
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
  • Prepare and process expense reports utilizing Concur
  • Act as a gatekeeper and strategic partner in managing executive priorities and time
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including client-facing interactions
  • Maintain Salesforce records and support key client activity tracking
  • Prepare materials and documentation needed for meetings and business initiatives
  • Prioritize and manage competing requests while exercising strong judgment under tight deadlines
  • Monitor action items, deadlines, and follow-up activities on behalf of executives
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative projects and team initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of Executive Assistant or high-level administrative experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Professional services, consulting, legal, healthcare, technology, or related experience preferred
  • Strong calendar management and travel coordination expertise
  • Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Concur and Salesforce preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Proactive mindset with demonstrated examples of anticipating needs and solving problems

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $85K base salary + performance bonus + profit-sharing bonus
