Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Senior Administrator to support the Chief of Staff of a leading global law firm. This is a strategic executive support role that goes beyond traditional administrative responsibilities, requiring someone who can act as a true business partner, anticipate needs, manage priorities, and help drive organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is highly professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting a senior executive operating at the highest levels of the organization. Hours are generally 9:30am-6:00pm, and the role follows a hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two days remote with flexibility as business needs dictate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated executive support to the Chief of Staff
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling priorities, and executive time management
  • Coordinate meetings across senior leadership, practice groups, and business functions
  • Prepare executive briefing materials, agendas, meeting summaries, and follow-up action items
  • Review upcoming priorities and proactively identify scheduling conflicts or preparation needs
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner and trusted resource to the Chief of Staff
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and logistics
  • Process expenses, administrative reporting, and executive documentation
  • Facilitate communication and relationship management across senior stakeholders
  • Support strategic projects, operational initiatives, and executive priorities
  • Track deliverables, deadlines, and ongoing business initiatives
  • Help streamline processes and improve organizational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience
  • Experience supporting a Chief of Staff, CEO, President, Partner, C-suite executive, or senior leadership team strongly preferred
  • Professional services, legal, consulting, financial services, or similarly fast-paced environment preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Exceptional calendar management and executive scheduling expertise
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs and operate proactively
  • Strong executive presence and relationship-building capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with sound business judgment

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $130K-$160K base salary + bonus opportunity
