Our client, a venture collective located in UES, Manhattan is looking for a Long-term Temporary Associate House Manager to join their team open-ended. This position will start as soon as they find the right fit and will be on site Monday-Friday, 8-hour workdays with flexibility around core hours. Hourly rate is up to $45/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex scheduling and coordination for the family including child-related scheduling logistics
- Coordinate work dinners, parties, and special events hosted at the family home
- Oversee event logistics and run-of-show planning
- Liaise with household staff and internal team members
- Support household operations and administrative needs
- Ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Extensive Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience with household management or family office experience preferred
- Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals, executives, or private families
- Strong event planning and execution skills
- Excellent scheduling and calendar management abilities
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Flexible and willing to support events outside standard business hours when needed
