  • Partner closely with the lead Executive Assistant to help manage responsibilities related to supporting the firm’s Founder.
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, meeting coordination, and Zoom/video conference setup.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed, though travel support is generally light.
  • Prepare meeting materials, manage expenses, and handle general administrative tasks.

Personal Assistant Support:

  • Assist with occasional personal assistant responsibilities related to the Founder’s affairs through partnership with the lead Executive Assistant.
  • Support special projects, errands, and ad hoc requests as needed.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Office Management & Operations:

  • Serve as a backup resource for front desk and office operations when needed.
  • Assist with day-to-day office coordination to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Support office events, vendor coordination, supplies management, and other operational functions.
  • Help maintain smooth office operations and contribute to team-wide initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or related administrative experience.
  • Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and highly adaptable approach to work.
  • Comfortable working in a small, collaborative environment where priorities can shift throughout the day.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and standard business applications.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to jump in and assist wherever needed.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable balancing executive support, office management, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Thrives in a highly visible, in-office environment.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 base salary
  • Bonus: Eligible for discretionary bonus
