Our client, a growing healthcare organization, is seeking an Receptionist to provide direct suppport to the office enviroment while being the main point of contact for patients.
About the Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Temp-to-hire opportunity
- Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 an hour + Benefits
- Onsite location in the Wexford area
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Job:
- Welcome patients and visitors while providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Schedule appointments and assist patients with questions regarding upcoming visits.
- Verify insurance information and update patient records as needed.
- Support check-in and check-out procedures, including collecting forms and paperwork.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route messages to the appropriate team members.
- Complete general office duties including filing, scanning, and data entry.
About You:
- 2+ years of expereince within an office enviroment preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Ability to work collaboratively with providers, staff, and patients while maintaining a professional demeanor.
