Our client, a mission driven nonprofit, is seeking a HR Filing Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Arlington, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Support the migration of HR and employee files into Microsoft SharePoint
- Upload, organize, and accurately categorize a high volume of electronic employee records
- Review files for accuracy and identify missing, duplicate, or incorrectly filed documents
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and HR information
- Track migration progress and coordinate with HR to resolve file discrepancies
About You:
- 1+ years of administrative, HR support, data entry, or records/document management experience
- Previous Microsoft SharePoint experience required
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume electronic file management
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Temporary, 2-month assignment through year-end
- $24-$26/hr
- Fully onsite
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 35-hour work week
