Our client, an established real estate organization, is seeking a Property Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent in Arlington, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Provide administrative and customer service support to property management and engineering teams
- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, visitors, and contractors, responding to calls, emails, and service requests
- Manage work orders, tenant requests, and maintenance follow-up across the property portfolio
- Process invoices, service contracts, and maintain accurate building and vendor records
- Update tracking sheets, tenant information, and assist with reports and special projects
About You:
- 2+ years of office experience; property management or customer service experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills with the ability to learn new systems, including Yardi
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
About The Position:
- $23-$24/hr
- Permanent Salary: $53K-$55K+
- Fully onsite
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 40-hour work week
