Our client, a professional services organization is seeking a Client Success Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Arlington, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Support account changes, invoices, quotes, and other sales-related issues
- Serve internal (75%) and external (25%) customers and stakeholders
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve sales support issues
- Assist the Sales team with customer requests and problem resolution
- Utilize Salesforce and Jira to support sales operations and issue tracking
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of professional experience required
- Customer success, client support, or sales support experience preferred
- Salesforce and Jira experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Collaborative, customer service-oriented, and solutions-focused
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP
- $26-$27/hr
- Permanent Salary: $55K-$65K
- Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite (Monday-Thursday)
- Metro Accessible!
- Training Hours: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
- Regular Hours: 11:00 AM-7:00 PM
- Must be comfortable working a later schedule
