Marketing Analytics Manager to $155K – Drive Data-Backed Growth!
Our client, a leading organization in the hospitality space, is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager to oversee measurement and performance insights across all paid marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll build reporting frameworks, connect channel performance to business outcomes, and guide data-driven decision‑making across teams. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of marketing analytics experience and a strong command of paid media reporting, attribution, and B2C digital measurement.
Position Details:
- Location: Boston, MA

- Responsibilities include overseeing performance reporting across paid digital channels; developing dashboards and measurement frameworks; connecting marketing activity to core KPIs such as leads, bookings, CPA, and ROI; aligning data sources and integrating offline conversion data; collaborating with external media partners on pacing and spend optimization; advancing attribution capabilities and first‑party data initiatives; delivering actionable insights to guide investment decisions; and supporting forecasting and financial planning through trend analysis.
- The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of marketing analytics or digital media measurement experience; strong understanding of paid channels and associated KPIs; hands‑on skills with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and BI tools; experience partnering with or managing media agencies; familiarity with attribution modeling and conversion tracking; proven ability to communicate complex analysis in a clear, business‑focused way; and strong analytical, collaborative, and self‑directed working style.
