Part-Time Personal Assistant & Household Manager to $100K – High Trust Support Role!
Our client, a private family, is looking for a Part-Time Personal Assistant and Household Manager to provide high-trust support averaging 10-15 hours per week. With hands-on assistance including various errands, vendor coordination, and general administrative follow-through, this person will play a key role in supporting both personal and household needs. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience supporting private individuals.

- Responsibilities include managing personal calendars, email, and day-to-day administrative needs; coordinating closely with an existing executive assistant to align schedules and travel; overseeing household operations across multiple residences, including vendor management and maintenance follow-up; handling bill pay, expense tracking, and household reporting; monitoring residences during periods of travel and coordinating access, deliveries, and services; supporting occasional small gatherings or dinners with light planning and preparation; maintaining household organization, inventories, and systems; assisting with errands, studio-related administrative tasks, and ad hoc personal requests; and troubleshooting basic household technology such as Wi-Fi, printers, and home systems.
- The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or household manager; exceptional flexibility and comfort with an on-call style schedule that averages approximately 10-15 hours per week; strong organizational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities calmly and professionally; polished communication and sound judgment when handling sensitive information; experience coordinating vendors and overseeing household services; comfort working independently with minimal direction; and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset suited to a dynamic private environment.
