Campus Director to $140K – Lead, Grow, & Shape Student Experience!

Our client, a hands-on institution offering several career training programs, is seeking a Campus Director to lead daily operations and take charge of the overall campus performance. This role oversees operational execution, financial stewardship, staff leadership, and the full student lifecycle from recruitment through enrollment, as well as representing the mission and reinforcing the student’s commitment to succeed.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of leadership experience within educational or campus-style environments, with the ability to engage prospective students and represent programs credibly.

  • Responsibilities include overseeing all campus operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and student-centered service delivery; evaluating campus performance across enrollment, funding, training, and placement outcomes and implementing improvement initiatives; partnering on marketing and outreach efforts to support enrollment growth; managing campus financials including budgeting, expense oversight, and revenue awareness; ensuring compliance with institutional policies, accrediting standards, and state and federal regulations; leading and developing department heads and staff through hiring, coaching, and performance management; overseeing the student experience from inquiry and enrollment through graduation and placement; engaging directly with prospective and current students to communicate program value, support retention, and resolve concerns.
  • The ideal candidate possesses 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in education, training, or a campus-based operational environment; demonstrated experience overseeing multi-department teams with direct supervisory responsibility for senior staff; strong business acumen with hands-on experience managing budgets, expenses, and operational performance; familiarity with admissions, enrollment, or student recruitment processes, with the ability to confidently articulate program offerings and outcomes to prospective students and stakeholders; experience working within regulated or compliance-driven environments; strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills with the flexibility to navigate a dynamic, evolving campus environment.
