Client Services Administrator to $105K – Supportive Culture, Meaningful Work!
Our client, a boutique wealth management firm, is seeking a Client Services Administrator to become a key point of support for senior investment professionals and their client relationships. This role focuses on managing client communications, coordinating meetings and reporting, and ensuring requests are handled with accuracy, discretion, and a premium level of care. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of administrative experience within financial services.

- Responsibilities include supporting multiple senior investment professionals with day‑to‑day administrative and client service needs; acting as a primary point of contact for client communications via phone and email; preparing meeting materials, reports, and tracking lists for client engagements; processing client service requests such as account maintenance, transfers, wires, bill payments, and documentation; coordinating with custodians and external partners including accountants and attorneys; maintaining accurate records within portfolio and document management systems; assisting with quarterly and annual reporting, fee processing, and tax-related workflows; monitoring account activity and escalating discrepancies as needed; and contributing to special projects and operational initiatives.
- The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience providing administrative or client service support in wealth management, finance, or a closely related industry; a high‑touch, white‑glove service mentality with excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple priorities; comfort handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion; and a collaborative, warm, and professional work style aligned with a close‑knit office environment.
