Executive Assistant/Office Manager to $110K – High-Impact Role!

Our client, a growing organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant and Office Manager. This position combines high-level executive support including calendar coordination, travel planning, and meeting preparation, with ownership of day-to-day office operations for a corporate team. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience support senior leadership and thrives wearing both the strategic EA and hands-on office management hats.

  • Responsibilities include managing facilities, vendors, supplies, and building relationships; coordinating conference rooms, meetings, and board-level logistics; serving as the primary point of contact for office guests and reception needs; providing direct calendar, travel, and expense management support to senior executives; preparing meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up tracking; drafting and proofreading executive communications; handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion; supporting onboarding logistics and workspace setup for new hires; planning internal events, team gatherings, and leadership offsites; and partnering with HR leadership on culture, engagement, and recognition initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant, office manager, or similar administrative role; demonstrated success supporting C-suite or senior leaders with heavy calendar management; exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills; a proactive, people-first approach with strong emotional intelligence; ability to juggle competing priorities in a dynamic environment; high level of discretion and professional judgment; and a detail-oriented mindset with interest in building and improving processes.
