Administrative Assistant to $85K – Mission-Driven Environment!
Our client, a highly regarded academic institution, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support that will help drive fundraising activity. In this role, you will oversee calendar and travel coordination, donor and stakeholder communications, and various events. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of high-level administrative experience and a self-directed work style.

- Responsibilities include managing a complex executive calendar and meeting logistics; coordinating domestic travel and related materials; serving as a professional point of contact for donors, trustees, alumnae, and senior stakeholders; preparing and organizing materials for meetings and donor interactions; processing expenses, invoices, and budget tracking in collaboration with finance partners; maintaining accurate records and contact reports within a CRM system; coordinating team meetings, retreats, and internal communications; overseeing office supplies and advancement materials; and supporting gift acknowledgments and data accuracy during high‑volume periods.
- The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience, ideally within an academic or mission‑driven environment; a bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record; exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM databases; the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting; a proactive, self‑starting mindset with strong follow‑through; professionalism, discretion, and comfort handling confidential information; and a collaborative, mission‑aligned approach to work.
