Executive Assistant to $180K – High-Level Support!

Our client, a highly regarded financial services firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to two senior executives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. This role will be responsible for managing complex scheduling, extensive travel coordination, expense management, and acting as a trusted partner across both professional and select personal responsibilities. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executive leadership, preferably within private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, professional services, or similarly demanding environments.

Position Details:

  • Location: Boston, MA

  • Responsibilities include managing highly complex calendars and shifting priorities for multiple executives; coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries; processing expenses and handling day-to-day administrative operations; preparing meeting logistics and ensuring seamless schedule execution; acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders; managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism; providing proactive support for executive and select personal needs while anticipating potential issues before they arise.
  • The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of executive support experience at the C-suite or equivalent level; proven success managing demanding executives and competing priorities in a high-touch environment; exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills; strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion; the ability to anticipate needs and operate independently with confidence; experience within investment management, financial services, professional services, or similarly fast-paced industries preferred.
