Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to $70K – Be the Heart of a High-Performing Office!

Our client, a financial advisory firm, is seeking a dual Administrative Assistant & Office Manager to help create a seamless and professional office experience. This highly visible role blends executive support, office operations, client hospitality, and event coordination to ensure daily business functions run efficiently. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of administrative or office management experience, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Position Details:

  • Responsibilities include coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements and itinerary changes; serving as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and incoming communications; organizing meetings, conference room logistics, catering, and presentation materials; supporting document preparation and administrative processes for client-related initiatives; overseeing office operations, facilities management, and vendor relationships; maintaining office inventory, kitchen supplies, and a welcoming workplace environment; assisting with corporate events, celebrations, and special projects; and managing website updates and administrative reporting as needed.
  • The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of administrative, office management, or executive support experience; strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; outstanding written and verbal communication skills; exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities; a resourceful and solutions-oriented mindset; experience working independently while collaborating effectively across teams; familiarity with office technology and facilities coordination; and Canva or basic graphic design experience preferred.
