Overview: Our client is hiring Help Desk Support representatives to assist with increased call volume related to their proprietary Point of Sale (POS) system. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to get their foot in the door with a large organization, as many employees have successfully moved into other areas of the company after starting in this role.
What They’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb new technology and processes
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills
- Detail-oriented and able to take effective notes during training
- Help Desk, Service Desk, Technical Support, Call Center, or Customer Service experience preferred
Training
- Approximately 6 weeks of paid training
- All specific systems, including POS, will be taught on the job
- Training schedule will be more consistent initially, but candidates must still maintain schedule flexibility
Schedule & Work Environment
- 100% onsite in Ann Arbor, MI (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Candidates must be highly flexible, as schedules and days may rotate approximately every 2-3 months based on business needs and call volume
