eDiscovery Paralegal
Overview
We’re working with a law firm who is seeking a motivated and bright eDiscovery Paralegal to join the Firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate should have a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. The role requires a full-time, on-site presence at our Richmond eDiscovery center.
Responsibilities
- Assisting attorneys with large-scale document collection during discovery.
- Assisting with large-scale document production and review through various platforms, i.e. Relativity.
- Maintaining, tracking, and reporting on data using Excel, including creation of pivot tables.
- Managing case files through document management systems.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of legal support experience, with eDiscovery experience highly preferred.
- Experience with document review software, such as Relativity, DISCO, or Reveal, is strongly preferred.
- Technical proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, particularly regarding document management.
- Highly detail-oriented with a professional approach to workflow execution.
