Beacon Hill Legal is staffing a contract Director of Claims role for a reputable healthcare organization located in Virginia Beach, VA.
The ideal candidate will leverage their experience with managing medical malpractice claims to establish documented and standardized claims processes.
Must have extensive medical malpractice claims experience and a strong understanding of claim anatomy, valuation, reserving practices, jury verdict trends, plaintiff attorney strategies, and exposure assessment. An attorney background is a plus, but not required.
This position will adhere to a hybrid model with 1-2 days onsite per week.
