We are currently partnered up with an insurance firm who is looking to build and expand their team and are hiring an Accounting and Operations Lead. The company recently hired a CFO who is looking to grow and scale the company, and this hire will be an integral part of these changes.
They are looking for candidates with at least 7 years of experience and a degree in Finance, Accounting, information systems or related. CPA is a plus. The ideal candidate has experience managing accounting and operations while automating processes and implementing new systems.
