Business Intelligence Analyst
This role partners with Finance and Operations to transform data into actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and financial performance. The Business Intelligence Analyst supports and enhances the organization’s ERP environment, helps improve data quality and reporting, and collaborates with senior finance leadership on data governance and KPI management.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and a centralized data source
- Providing analytical insights to support operational and strategic decisions
- Supporting ERP system improvements and cross‑functional data needs
- Automating manual data processes to improve efficiency and consistency
- Maintaining KPIs and supporting compliance and reporting requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a data, analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing analytics preferred
- Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences
