We are currently partnered up with our client in the food service industry who is looking to hire a Controller to join their team in Northern New Jersey and report directly to the COO. This hire will be planning and directing the accounting operation of the company and work within a collaborative team to implement new systems and streamline new processes.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in a Controller or similar leadership position and experience working in the food service, manufacturing, or similar industry where you’ve had experience handling inventory accounting and auditing. Experience working with accounting software and implementing new systems is a plus.
