We are currently partnered with a boutique law firm seeking an E-Billing and Collections Specialist to join its accounting team.
This individual will manage the firm’s e-billing and collections functions, including invoice submissions, billing guidelines, rejected invoices, accruals, accounts receivable, and billing discrepancies. The role will also involve regular communication with attorneys, clients, and e-billing teams.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of law firm e-billing experience and a strong understanding of LEDES formats, billing guidelines, invoice submission, and collections workflows. Given the nature of this role, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are important.
Experience with multiple e-billing platforms and legal billing systems such as Aderant, Elite, 3E, or similar software is required. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
