Our client in the Irving, TX area is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Associate Business Analyst on contract basis to support a fast-paced, data-driven team within the healthcare industry.
This role will be a 6 month+ contract assignment with a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote per week) supporting a maternity leave and increased workload.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update membership and account data
- Research and resolve data and account discrepancies
- Manage high-volume requests from internal and external partners
- Support data validation, cleanup, and reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and data accuracy
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience; Healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, or GPO industry experience preferred
- AP vendor maintenance experience preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills required
- SQL experience is required
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
