Treasury Manager

The company is located in the Maimi area.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, allowing you to make an immediate impact while positioning yourself for a long-term career opportunity. You’ll get started quickly without a lengthy interview process and become part of the Beacon Hill Financial team while supporting our client on-site.

As a Treasury Manager, you would be responsible for:

• Managing daily cash positioning and liquidity needs
• Overseeing cash forecasting and short- and long-term cash planning
• Monitoring and optimizing banking relationships and services
• Managing debt compliance, borrowing activity, and covenant reporting
• Leading wire transfers, ACH activity, and treasury operations
• Developing and improving treasury policies, controls, and procedures
• Partnering with Accounting and FP&A teams on forecasting and financial reporting
• Assisting with special projects, process improvements, and system enhancements

This person will work closely with the Controller, CFO, and executive leadership team, providing excellent visibility and opportunity for career growth. If you enjoy influencing key financial decisions and helping an organization scale, this is an outstanding opportunity.

If you have:

• 5+ years of treasury, cash management, or corporate finance experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience with cash forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with a large ERP system
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
