We are currently partnered with a well-established investment firm seeking a Senior Accountant to join its growing team. This role will support the full accounting cycle, including month-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations, while working closely with finance and operations in a collaborative, high-performance environment. The position offers strong visibility across the organization and the opportunity to contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and ongoing business initiatives. This is a fully in-person role (5 days per week) in Midtown Manhattan.
Our client is seeking candidates with 4+ years of experience in accounting, ideally coming from a public accounting background with exposure to financial services and/or asset management clients (open to mix of public/private accounting experience as well). A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, along with strong Excel skills and a solid understanding of GAAP. CPA candidates or those pursuing certification are highly encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
