Overview

A well-established hospitality and consumer services organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to support multiple operating entities within a multi-location business. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys a hands-on environment and partnering closely with operations to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
• Review and reconcile daily revenue activity
• Record and reconcile daily banking transactions
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and account analyses
• Prepare month-end journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
• File sales and use tax returns
• Process and reconcile credit card transactions
• Support special projects and ad hoc reporting requests
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with ERP/accounting software in a multi-location environment
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skill
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience supporting high-volume revenue transactions and operational accounting
