Beacon Hill Financial is partnering with a firm to bring an AR Staff Accountant to their team. This role offers a well-rounded opportunity to support billing, collections, and month-end close activities, while gaining exposure to process improvements and automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Billing & Revenue Support
· Support monthly billing cycles, including preparation, review, and distribution of client invoices
· Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate capture and billing of time and expenses
· Assist in streamlining billing processes as automation initiatives are implemented
Collections & Accounts Receivable
· Manage collections efforts, including follow-ups on outstanding invoices and resolving client inquiries
· Monitor aging reports and escalate risks as needed
· Maintain accurate AR records and support cash application activities
Month-End Close & General Accounting
· Assist with month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
· Prepare account reconciliations and support financial reporting processes
· Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems
