Accounting Specialist (Project-Based)
Our client is seeking a detail‑driven, Excel‑savvy Accounting Specialist to support a high‑impact accounting project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving data puzzles, and takes pride in producing clean, accurate financial records.
⭐ Responsibilities
- Review and validate incoming accounts receivable receipts and supporting documentation
- Perform high‑volume data entry with speed and accuracy
- Complete complex reconciliations in Excel, ensuring all records align and discrepancies are resolved
- High-volume invoice processing for accounts payable
- 3-way match responsibilities
- Tracking and securing approvals
- Ensuring accuracy with strong attention to detail
⭐ Experience
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial reconciliations
- Strong command of Excel, including shortcuts, hotkeys, and efficient navigation
- A positive, dependable, and detail‑oriented approach to your work
- Comfort working with large data sets and tight timelines
