Our client in the DFW area is seeking an AR Collections Analyst to join their Accounts Receivable Department!
The AR Collections Analyst will have experience in the following
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage commercial collection activities for assigned portfolio of B2B accounts
- Review aging reports, contact customers regarding outstanding balances, and escalate high-risk accounts
- Research and resolve billing disputes while coordinating with customers, sales, and internal teams
- Prepare lien notices and bond claims while ensuring filings meet applicable state requirements
- Coordinate collection status updates with branch and company leadership
Requirements:
- Large ERP experience is required, SAP is preferred
- Two plus years of AR Collections experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) preferred
